This is our first light roast! This bean is grown in the region of Antigua at 5,200 feet above sea level on small farms and then sent to the Pastores mill to be washed, sun-dried, and hand-sorted. It has notes of butter and a heavy nutty flavor.

Guatemala La Flor Del Cafe
I got to try one of these samples a few weeks ago with my daughter. It is a light roast with very nice flavors. I was half expecting a slightly acidic taste and acid after drinking it but had no issues with either. It filled the house with a nice roast coffee smell that wasn’t overpowering but rather a very appealing fresh brewed coffee smell even when it wasn’t fresh.
