El Salvador Finca La Esperanza is among our sweetest single origin beans. This bourbon variety is grown in the fertile soils of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in Western El Salvador. Recognized as SHG (Strictly High Grown), the crops are grown on a family farm at no less than 3,200 feet in elevation.
