I LOVE YOUR COFFEE!!! I ran out and for a couple weeks and went back to using my go to coffee......then I got my new order of Texas Tea! I was able to compare the two and yours was superior. The first impression is oily beans, the other brand was dry. The grind was better and the espresso crema was dark, thick, and rich......and of course the taste was amazing with a slight bit of what I would say was a cinnamon aftertaste. Needless to say but you are now my new go to! And the best thing is......you're in Texas. Go Texas or go home! Haha.
